Tulum Archaeological Site: Starting point of this population and one of the most iconic postcards on the planet. This Mayan commercial port continues to dazzle from its privileged location facing the Caribbean Sea.
Playa Paraíso: The beaches of Tulum are undoubtedly among the most beautiful in the world and Playa Paraíso is no exception, as well as being one of the few with public access and parking. Just meters from the archaeological site and with a generous expanse of sand, it provides the ideal space for a full day at the beach.
Azulik Hotel Gallery: The Azulik project has become the emblem of the avant-garde, organic… expensive “New Tulum”. However, this celebrity magnet can be visited for a drink on its terrace or in its art gallery, which has free admission, and thus enjoy this great exponent of the Biophilic architecture.
Avenida Tulum: It is the main avenue of the city and a melting pot of tourists, locals, cafes, restaurants, shops and bars. You have to explore together with its surrounding streets that always have something interesting to offer.
Cobá Archaeological Site: 25 minutes from the city center, you can find this spectacular Mayan vestige surrounded by the Quintana Roo jungle. Cobá has the tallest pyramid on the peninsula and covers a Mayan period and style not found in any other archaeological center in the country.
Sian Ka’an: Majestic natural reserve with more than 400,000 acres of territory. You can travel by land until you reach Punta Allen, a fishing community on the seashore, or go on float excursions to its beautiful canals, lagoon area, and spectacular vegetation.
Don Cafeto: Delicious classic Mexican food in the center of the city, one of the emblematic places that maintains the essence of old Tulum.
